Mr. Yang was appointed Vice President of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd. in April, 2021.
Prior to his current post, Mr. Yang once served as Director General of Tianjin Municipal Tourism Bureau, Deputy Head of Tianjin Binhai New Area, Deputy Head of Tianjin Tanggu District, Director of Asset Operation Division in ChemChina, Deputy Director of Asset Management Division in BlueStar Co., Ltd., and Assistant President of China Huaxing Group.
In August of 2017, Mr. Yang was appointed Vice President of Sinochem Corporation.
Mr. Yang graduated from East China University of Science and Technology majoring in Industrial Business Management. He is now a senior certified Economist.
