On August 24th, Elkem successfully issued NOK 1,000 million of new senior unsecured green bonds on the Oslo Stock Exchange. NOK 650 million has been issued with a tenor of 5 years and a coupon of 3 month Nibor + 1.55 % per annum while NOK 350 million has been issued with a tenor of 5 years and a fixed coupon of 5.75 % per annum. The transaction was oversubscribed. Settlement took place on 31 August 2023.
