On March 31, 2023, Sinochem Holdings announced Mr. Jiao has been appointed as Director and the President of the Company.
Prior to the appointment, Mr. Jiao served as Vice President of China Minmetals Corporation (CMC), Director and President of China Minmetals Corporation Limited, Chairman of China Minmetals Non-Ferrous Metals Co., Ltd. (CMN), and Chairman of MMG Limited. He also served as Assistant President of China Minmetals Corporation, Vice President of China Minmetals Corporation Limited, Director and President of China Minmetals Non-Ferrous Metals Co., Ltd., President of China Minmetals Non-Ferrous Metals Co., Ltd., and CEO and Executive Director of MMG, etc.
Mr. Jiao holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Nankai University in China and a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Mary’s University in Canada. He is Senior Engineer, and has extensive experience in international business management.
